From Dec. 27-Jan. 1st twenty three Harambee students and alum joined over 16,000 students and staff from all over the world in St. Louis for Urbana09, InterVarsity's 22nd triennial missions conference!We were challenged by scripture as we studied the 1st four books of John; exposed to God's heart for the world as we heard speakers from various corners of our globe; and inspired to live incarnationally in our respective contexts as we saw the God of the Bible wrap Himself in flesh and dwell among us in the person of Jesus Christ.
Harambee students are more excited than ever to live out the gospel in tangible ways! As we prepare for the beginning of a new semester, I pray that we would take what we learned at Urbana and use it as a catalyst for being missional on campus!
